Jim joined CSI Enterprises, Inc. (CSI) in 2016 as SVP of Payment Partnerships and is accountable for the strategy and development of business partnerships with payment networks, processors, and financial institutions. He is responsible for growth objectives in this business vertical and for aligning organizational support of partnership initiatives, joint objectives, and overall success.
Prior to CSI, Jim had a successful 20+ year career at Mastercard where he held leadership roles in customer relationship management and business development. He led a team of professionals in a general management role to drive joint profitability with clients in the Mastercard North America National Accounts business unit. Jim graduated from California State University, Chico with a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance. Jim is a graduate of the Mastercard Executive Leadership Program and a student mentor and member of the University of Oregon Parent Professional Network.
