Customer desired to automate payments and eliminate costly paper check disbursements. Credit card payments were previously made on plastic cards, which posed many challenges: lack of control, extensive reconciliation, and minimal reporting or documentation. The resulting manual payment processes were highly inefficient and subject to errors.
The Solution
CSI’s globalVCard paysystems was integrated with client’s existing ERP, Great Plains Software. CSI’s enrollment team handled all vendor communication and almost immediately tripled the number of vendors enrolled in the program. Efficiencies throughout the entire accounts payable process have been gained, costs have been reduced, and errors have been eliminated through the automation.
