    Nan joined CSI Enterprises, Inc. (CSI) in 2012 and has continued to play a pivotal role in the company’s culture of excellence in the areas of customer and partner support, system implementation, and strategic vendor enrollment. Prior to her promotion in 2016 to SVP of Global Partner Operations, Nan lead our award-winning customer service teams.

    With 25 years of progressive leadership in the areas of customer service and support, in addition to an Accredited Payables Manager (APM) certification, Nan provides the experience and knowledge needed to continually inspire CSI’s partner teams and ensure smooth implementations and operational support for our valued partners. In addition, Nan co-leads CSI’s charity committee and oversees corporate philanthropy for CSI’s Power2Change Foundation.
